A complete bakery with 100-year-old equipment and a range of baking utensils are on display in the rooms of the former Friedrich Scharff bakery, including a flour mill from 1930, a roll divider from 1900, a kneading machine from 1920, and a flour sack from Cincinnati, Ohio.
