Four grindings belong to the functional technique of the Erdholländermühle from 1868. Besides the mill there is a reconstructed baking house.
On the windmill is a rotating cap, which is turned by hand into the wind. The sail gates turn three grindings and a peeling. The grinding stages consist of two scrapings and a "Franzosen". The peeling was extensively repaired in 2011, so that since then wind-peeled barley can be produced from barley. For this purpose, a continuous wind of magnitude 6 from northwest of the miller is preferred.

This smock mill from 1868 still has four functioning millstones. Next to it stands a reconstructed bakehouse. In 2011, the husking mill was extensively repaired. Since then, it is able to produce hulled barley. In addition to visits and guided tours, the mill hosts other cultural events.
