The focal point of the exhibition is the „Schleswiger Kaltblutpferd“ (Schleswig carthorse) with historical pictures, films and records.
The Knüttel Museum exhibits artefacts from the Stone Age. Additionally, the museum is devoted to the history of the Schleswig Coldblood breed of horses and the history of the village of Norderbrarup. Historical school material is also on display.
